Makhosi Nkanyiso Sibanda | Zimbabwe Makhosi Sibanda has over 10 years of experience in journalism and media industries. Currently, Makhosi is a media sustainability advisor at Internews, enhancing media business operations for start-up grassroots media that include community radio stations. Makhosi a podcaster and produces The Men's Conference Podcast which discusses men's mental health issues. He holds a master's degree in journalism and media studies. Makhosi is a firm believer of the empowering effect of alternative media in marginalized communities. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Makhosi plans to complete his PhD in Media Studies with the aim of proffering a robust broadcasting policy framework in Zimbabwe.
